Quantity of five (5): For supplying a 125-volt DC battery system, including batteries, spill system, and racks. Batteries are to be lead selenium tubular plate type, 12-volt 150 Ah cells. To be equivalent to SBS STT (STT12V150) series tubular flooded batteries, or better. Subject to approval. If not approved, the vendor's bid is automatically disqualified. For four (4) of the sets, rack for mounting and holding the batteries to be of a 2-step design no more than 83-inches long and 17-inches deep. Spill system (pillows) enough for the area (92"x23") and liquid contained in the batteries. For one (1) of the sets, rack for mounting and holding the batteries to be no more than 64-inches long and 24-inches deep. Spill system (pillows) enough for the area (64"x26") and liquid contained in the batteries. This Form Can Be Machine Reproduced for Placement in Your Proposal. Failure to Submit This Form Will Be Grounds for Rejection of the Proposal.
