Site work for a water / sewer project in Smithton, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Village of Smithton is requesting sealed bids for the replacement of the sanitary sewer line located beneath E. Franklin, S. Smith and South Street. No less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined in accordance with the Federal Prevailing Wage Act, shall be paid to any workers employed in construction on this project. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. The replacement consists of installing approximately 1,050 feet of 12-inch and 350 feet of 14-inch sanitary sewer line, connections to existing manholes and connections to existing laterals. The entire project shall take place between May 25 and July 29, 2022. Multiple Locations Available In This Project.
