Road Reconstruction and Sewer Improvements under Basement Flooding Protection Program, Phase 4, Assignments 1-01A/02. Storm and sanitary sewer upgrades, watermain replacement and other related improvements on Bermondsey Rd, O'Connor Dr and St. Clair Ave E. Suppliers must meet the following project experience criteria (listed in section .1 and section .2 below) in order to pass Technical Evaluation and Rated Criteria. .1 Within the past seven (7) years, Suppliers must have achieved Substantial Performance, as defined in the Construction Act, as the Lead Contractor, as defined in by the City of Toronto, on municipal infrastructure contracts meeting the following criteria: 1. Two (2) projects with road construction works on major roads within urban settings fronting commercial properties, with the locations identified (including major intersection, city/town, and province). 2. Two (2) projects of at least $10 million each in Final Contract Price (excluding taxes) including a minimum of $6 million represented by Transportation Road work per project. .2 Within the past seven (7) years, suppliers must have achieved Substantial Performance, as defined in the Construction Act, on municipal infrastructure contracts meeting the following criteria (In order to fulfill the following project requirements, Suppliers may submit project(s) performed by the Supplier's proposed Subcontractor for this project): 3. Two (2) projects with roadway pavement, curb and sidewalk construction including installation of temporary and permanent traffic control signals, including all associated aboveground and underground infrastructure. 4. Two (2) projects with installation of Green Infrastructure/Low Impact Development (Bioswales, Bioretention Units, Stormwater Tree Pits, etc.) in urban settings, with the locations identified (including major intersection). 5. One (1) project with installation of streetscaping in urban settings. 6. One (1) project of at least $1 million in Final Contract Price (excluding taxes) with installation of sewers (=825mm in diameter). 7. One (1) project of at least $1 million in Final Contract Price (excluding taxes) with installation of sewers at minimum 5 m depth to invert or greater. 8. One (1) project which required the removal, management and disposal of designated/hazardous materials, including asbestos. Contract must be completed within 440 Working Days after the Commencement Date.
