Renovation of a parking garage in Fort Pierce, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The City of Fort Pierce is seeking proposals from qualified tenants to lease approximately 4,000 square feet of ground floor space in The Sunrise Center, located within the City of Fort Pierce parking garage in Downtown Fort Pierce. The space is unimproved, and the selected tenant will be responsible for design and build-out of the facility, including all interior improvements necessary to prepare the building for occupancy. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted in writing by September 3, 2024, at 5:00pm. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time. Written answers to all questions submitted will be posted as an addendum on the Purchasing webpage of the City's website.
