After stamping to acknowledge timely receipt, the bids will be publicly opened and read by the Child Nutrition Supervisor for the Cameron Parish School Board. Sole responsibility for proper delivery of bid is that of the bidder. Any offer received after closing time, Friday, April 15, 2022 at 9:00 am will be returned unopened. Bid specifications and bid forms are attached to the Invitation to Bid and can be located at online; fees may be associated with the use of this site. The Cameron Parish School Board reserves the right to refuse or cancel any price quotation based on the quality of goods, availability of products and/or services rendered.
