Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in New Braunfels, Texas. Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Plans call for greenway projects, increasing information about conservation, increasing trail recreational opportunities and providing a transportation alternative, includes trail standards like concrete surfaces, water quality features, 20 to 50 feet easements, trail furnishings and natural landscaping and planting beds. Segment 2 begins at Walnut Avenue and heads 1.4 miles west to Loop 337. Segment 3 extends from Loop 337 to around 3,400 feet westward to Altgelt Lane. As of July 2024, phase one is currently in the design stage. Contractor bidding is expected to commence in the summer 2025, with construction slated to begin in the fall of 2025. Phases two and three are in the planning stages. Phase 1 plans call for a 10-foot concrete multi-use path connecting Walnut Avenue to Landa Park along Dry Comal Creek. The two segments will extend from Walnut Avenue to Algelt Lane. Phase II - ID 6725946
