Submersible Wastewater Pumps, Accessories, and Service It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all pages are included. Therefore, all Bidders are advised to closely examine this package. Any questions regarding the completeness of this package should be immediately directed to the Procurement Specialist. Bidders are requested to furnish the goods/services as described herein following applicable terms, conditions and specifications as set forth herein without any modification, change, or alterations to any terms, conditions, or provisions of this solicitation, unless specifically approved in writing by the Village. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing date for the receipt of bids except as otherwise provided in the Instructions to Bidders and Terms and Conditions. Any questions regarding the specifications and Solicitation process must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Specialist at procurement@vpsfl.org. Questions, requests for clarification and additional information must be received before the Deadline for the Submission of Questions on April 20, 2022, by 5:00 pm local time The Village of Palm Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and readvertise. The award, if made, will be made to the most responsive and responsible Bidder whose bid is determined by the Village, in its sole discretion, to be most advantageous.
