1. The Contractor will supply Hydrofluosilicic Acid 23% solution (H2SiF6) meeting AWWA Standard 8703-00 and ANSI/NSF Standard 60-1988. 2. A Certificate of Analysis will be supplied for each Load of Chemical delivered at the time of delivery. A delivery made without the Certificate of Analysis can be denied by the County's representative and Returned to Supplier at Supplier's cost. 3. A current Material Safety Data Sheet will be provided to Seminole County BOCC. Contractor shall supply Hydrofluosilicic Acid 23% solution (H2SiF6) meeting AWWA Standard 8703-00 and ANSI/NSF Standard 60-1988 and also supply a Certificate of Analysis for each load of chemical delivered at the time of delivery. A current Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) shall be provided to Seminole County. The County may request bulk load deliveries be split load deliveries between multiple plants as needed. A small 3,000 gallon or less straight bodied truck will be required for delivery to one plant based upon limited access and size of plant. At least one (1) hour notification will be required to have a Plant Operator available to accept each delivery.
