The construction of a new storm sewer and private drain connections, b. The construction of a new watermain and service connections, Including removal/abandon-in-place and grouting of existing watermain, c. Excavation and grading, d. New streetlighting, e. Placement and compaction of fill materials, f. Installation of asphalt pavement, g. Installation of concrete curbs and sidewalk as needed, h. Boulevard restoration.
