The tender is for the supply of +/- 11 Radar Feedback Signs including all necessary mounting equipment and cables for a full installation from 2x2 telespar to large utility pole. Vendors are also required to honor their pricing until December 21, 2022 for the provisional purchase of additional signs. Vendors will also have the option to extend the terms for one additional year at a negotiated price increase. Others will perform all installation work. Tender will include a 2-year warranty and support for equipment, 1-year for battery. Acceptance or rejection of any tender will be made in accordance with City of Windsor Purchasing By-Law No. 93-2012 and amendments thereto. This procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), approved July 1, 2017.
