The City of Merced (City), Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF), is seeking competitive sealed bids for the supply and delivery of poly aluminum chloride coagulant for use on tertiary filters. Bids are to be prepared pursuant to the specifications provided herein. Inquiries: The bid questions deadline is Friday April 15, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Questions pertaining to this RFB should be directed in writing to Charles Slagter, WWTF Operations Supervisor, Slagterc@cityofmerced.org Answers to questions will be provided all at once and posted to the Citys website before end of day April 15, 2022. Contract term commencement is tentative on contract award; initial contract term shall end on June 30, 2023, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
