Renovation of an educational facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal of existing hot water production equipment (heating and domestic), including, but not limited to, boilers (c/w accessories), circulation pumps, domestic hot water tank, pneumatic controls, etc. .2 Provide and install two (2) new high efficiency hot water boiler, c/w all accessories. .3 Provide and install one (1) new natural gas fired domestic hot water tank. .4 Provide and install six (6) new VFD secondary pumps, c/w accessories. .5 Provide and install a new ventilation system (exhaust fan) serving the boiler room. .6 Modify the existing natural gas distribution piping to suit the new layout, c/w all accessories and coordination with utilities. .7 Provide and install control packadge for the new mechanical equipment, c/w integration of the new controls in the existing BMS interface. .8 Provide all required electrical work. .9 Potentially perform work in two (2) distinct phases to ensure proper heat production as required for the Automn 2022 school session.
