Renovation of a swimming pool in Sechelt, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The Regional District is seeking proposals from qualified Contractor's to remove and replace three roof top HVAC units (RTU's) at the Sechelt Aquatic Center (SAC). The new RTU's should be a like for like replacement of the existing RTU's #3, 4, 5 and should fit existing roof curbs where possible. The work includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of existing units, installation of new units including possible curb modification, electrical, plumbing and controls.
