As of January 31, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on February 13, 2023. The Project generally consists of: Installation of two (2) new Roof Top Units (RTUs) to upgrade the HVAC system of the High Service Pump Station at the City of Billings Water Treatment Plant. This includes additional ductwork in the facility and electrical connections to the existing system; demolition of existing membrane roofing; structural upgrades to the building roof, including new membrane roofing, insulation, and drains; and exterior roof access staircase and/or ladder modifications.
