Renovation of an educational facility in Stratford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed tenders addressed to The Avon Maitland District School Board will be received at the Facilities Department Building which is located behind the Board office 62 Chalk Street North, Seaforth, Ontario N0K 1W0, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. A Site Meeting will be held at the school located at 428 Forman Ave, Stratford, on Wednesday April 6, 2022, at 3:30 pm. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site. The project involves upgrades to the stage finishes, theatrical lighting grids, AV infrastructure, new drapery, general lighting, and mechanical upgrades. Bid Bond amount of $46,000.00 (Forty-Six Thousand Dollars) is required to accompany tender. Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond. Electronic tender documents will be available to General Contractors only from the office of Marklevitz Architects Inc., 516 Huron Street, Stratford, Ontario.
