HSIP-Cycle 8 Pedestrian Countdown Heads There is a DBE goal for this project of 38%. DBEs are encouraged to participate. Prime contractors are encouraged to perform outreach and recruitment for DBEs. Proof of outreach is required. Work in this Contract includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the installation of countdown pedestrian heads and APS pushbuttons as noted on the Contract Drawings and all other Contract Documents. Other Details All questions related to this project shall be directed to Veronica Medina, Project Manager, at 909- 798-7584 Ext 6. It shall be understood, however, that no specification interpretations will be made by telephone, nor will any products be considered for approval prior to award of the Contract. Changes, if any, will be made by addendum prior to opening of Bids.
