Saving Project...

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

This RFP defines the scope of work required from the Proponent for professional services for the following task: To replace the existing Heating and Air Conditioning system for the 2nd & 3rd floor at the Sioux Lookout Centennial Centre. This includes: Review the original drawings and shop drawings for the original HVAC installation. Provide equipment specifications and prepare design for the installation of a new system supplying the 2nd and 3rd floors. Supply, install and commission new heating/cooling equipment and all associated appurtenances. Complete all electrical work necessary to make the system operational. Ensure existing HRV is tied into the new system or separately ducted to provide ventilation air. Complete drywall repairs as necessary resulting from the installation of any new ducting, wiring, refrigerant piping, etc. Removal of the existing equipment shall be done carefully in order to allow for the reuse in other facilities that utilize this system. The building is currently occupied, attempts will be made to have the affected tenants work from home during the decommission and installation process. However, working around the occupants may be necessary. Access to the building will be permitted on weekends and before and after normal working hours. Question Deadline 04/25/2022 01:00:00 PM CT
