Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Collins, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Poudre School District (the "District") is requesting electronic sealed bids from professional and qualified Contractors to provide all materials and labor to complete the modular relocation projects from Wellington Middle School ("WMS") to Rice Elementary School ("Rice") as provided in this Invitation for Bids ("IFB"). Question Acceptance Deadline 04/13/2022 04:00 PM EDT Performance Bond 100 % Payment Bond 100 % The selected Contractor shall Remove/relocate existing modulars from WMS to Rice. Drawings and project plans (Exhibit B) are provided along with this IFB. The contractor's team will work closely with the District Project Coordinator to achieve the desired outcome. The following is included in the scope of this project and shall be included in pricing submitted in the The drawings include a third modular move from WMS to Poudre Community Academy that will not be included as part of this project. Contractors proposing equal products will need to submit complete product information including but not limited to manufacture data/specification sheets and warranty information of the proposed product(s) with their bid submission through the BidNet portal. The District shall be the sole judge in determining "equals" regarding quality, price, and performance
