The City of Independence is soliciting bids from suppliers for weathering wood steel poles per the attached specifications. Deadline for questions is 5:00 p.m. local time on April 15, 2022. For each and every day that the work and services and any specified portions thereof are not completed after the time or times fixed for completion in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall pay the City, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages, $100 (One Hundred Dollars) for each and every day during which the completion of the work and services and any specified portions thereof are delayed. Anticipated delivery of poles to be November 1, 2022, to meet outage schedules. Bidder must provide an estimated schedule to meet this delivery schedule
