The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) will be accepting bids for Transit Infrastructure Construction. Questions Due Date: Apr 20th 2022, 4:00 PM EDT Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, employed in violation of the provisions set forth in paragraph (a) of this clause in the sum of $10 for each calendar day on which such individual was required or permitted to work in excess of the standard workweek of forty (40) hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the provisions set forth in paragraph (a) of this clause. A bid bond, on the form accompanying this solicitation (Exhibit P), or a certified check payable to the Authority from a bank authorized to transact business in the state of Florida, in an amount of 5% of your bid shall be submitted with the bid.
