In accordance with IC 5-23-5, the City of Lake Station Sanitary District (District), invites any and all qualified parties to submit a Statements of Qualifications and Proposal to design, obtain financing, construct, renovate, and/or transfer improvements related to a new public facilities (Project) under a public-private partnership. Although the full scope of the Project is not determined, the City has a clear need for improved utility garage and offices, and potential new public works buildings and/or firehouse. In order to make the financing and construction costs as efficient as possible, the City is publishing this RFQP to identify a team that is capable of scoping, developing, and constructing these Projects under one financing.
