The following Packages (BP) will be bid as scheduled below BP#19 EARTHWORK/UTILITIES REMAINING BP#20 LANDSCAPING BP#21 CASEWORK/ARCHITECTURAL WOODWORK BP#22 PAINTING/COATINGS BP#23 FENCING/GATES/NETS BP#24 FLOOR FINISHES & TILE Garco Construction, Inc. (General Contractor/Construction Manager) is requesting SEALED proposals from qualified contractors for above scope of work. The scope of work will be outlined in the Contract Documents. Bids are to be submitted on the Bid Proposal form provided in Contract Specifications. A Bid Bond is required for any bid $300,000 or above. Garco Construction and Spokane Public Schools reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities on bids received.
