Site work for a water / sewer project in Round Lake, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work of Contract No. 1 - North End Drainage Improvements includes all tools, labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct approximately 712 lineal-feet of 8" and 12" storm sewers and associated drainage structures, asphalt paving and appurtenances along Burlington Ave., Clark Ave, and Kavanaugh Ave. in the Village of Round Lake. Bidders are required to register their contact information with the Village Clerk when obtaining the documents for the purpose of receiving addenda during bidding. The Village Board of the Village of Round Lake reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to reject any or all bids without explanation. There will be no Pre-Bid Meeting. All bidding questions shall be directed to Jason Preisner, PE of Lamont Engineers, P.C. at 518-929-7838, or jpreisner@lamontengineers.com. The Owner will withhold $ 250 as liquidated damages from the amount payable to the Contractor for each calendar day
