Site work and paving for a road / highway in Round Lake, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project shall be referenced as: "2022 Schenectady Chips Paving Program" in accordance with the specifications on file in the Purchasing Department. Alternate #1: The contractor is to include the work shown on DWG MST-11 & MST-12. The award will be based on the following: - The price of Base Bid plus Alternate #1 will be used to determine the low bidder; however, - If the total price for the Base Bid plus Alternate #1 exceeds the total budgeted amount, then the Base Bid will be used to determine the low bidder and will be the basis of the award. A bid which is not date stamped prior to the deadline will not be considered. Women, Minority and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses Are Encouraged to Submit Proposals.
