Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Severn, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Township of Severn's Public Works Department is looking to complete improvements to the Uhthoff Trail (Trans Canada Trail) entrance at the intersection with Division Road East. The proposed works include regrading and top dressing of the existing parking lot, an improved, 3.0m wide Parking Lot Access Trail, improvements to the vertical profile of the Uhthoff Trail, and overall drainage improvements at the site. The Township is looking for credible vendors who have the capability and experience to complete the proposed trail entrance improvements within 25 Working days of construction start, but no later than 2022/11/11. This is an opportunity to provide the Township of Severn with your experience and expertise in construction. Your expertise and experience will provide the users of the Uhthoff Trail (Trans Canada Trail) with a more accessible entrance for access to the trail network.
