Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Severn, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Recreation upgrades to existing facilities. TIMELINE: The consulting team was awarded in 2021 to complete a comprehensive Recreation Master Plan that will guide the Township capital investment and programming activities for the period between 2021 to 2036. As of August 2021, the completed study was forwarded to Township of Severn. The plan will provide a prioritized action plan for developing parks, trails, recreation and culture services over the next five years. Projects will be followed individually as they proceed to tender. Coverage of this report is discontinued. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
