Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Rolla, Missouri. Working plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Asof June 2, 2022, the project bids were rejected due to over budget. The project will consist of, but not be limited to, the construction of a concrete foundation and erection of a 316' x 38' metal storage building. The Contractor shall be responsible for compliance with Chapter 290 of the Revised Missouri Statutes pertaining to prevailing wages and Section 292.675 of the revised Missouri Statutes regarding OSHA training. Work is to begin no later than 60 days after a Notice to Proceed has been issued by RMU. All bids shall be on the proposal forms provided and shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, certified check or bid bond, payable to the order of Rolla Municipal Utilities, for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid.
