For the inspection, testing and maintenance of all fire suppression systems for the Boston Public Library system. This is a 3 year contract. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. The Contractor shall, in per the specifications provide service throughout the Central Library buildings, and in certain branch libraries of the Boston Public Library System, for a multi-year (three [3] year) period beginning July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2025, at the Bid Price. Deadline for Questions: April 15, 2022 at 5:00PM Submitting questions via email is the sole vehicle for communicating with the BPL regarding this event. Any unauthorized contact with the BPL staff or agent is cause for rejection. Direct all questions regarding this event via email to Sean McGahan at Business@bpl.org A performance bond and a labor/materials/payment bond, each of a Surety Company qualified to do surety business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in the sum of 100% of the Contract price will be required of the successful General Bidder. A 5% bid deposit is required of all bidders.
