Sub Bid Category Electrical, Masonry and Plumbing DCAMM Certification: HVAC. Deadline for questions: 5/13/22 @ 12:00 P.M. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to bid.info@boston.gov. All filed sub-bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, Boston, City of Public Facilities Department 22 Drydock Avenue, Suite 304 Boston, MA 02210 before 5/18/22 @ 1:00 P.M. The scope of work is further detailed in the specification and includes, but not limited to The scope of work includes the following major items of work at the Patrick J. Kennedy Elementary School: demolition and disposal of existing boilers, breeching, pumps, piping, boiler equipment and appurtenances in the boiler room; installation of new conventional section steam boilers separately procured by the City for this Project, venting, pumps, piping, boiler room equipment, plumbing systems, electrical system in boiler room; the boiler replacement scope of work period is scheduled to occur during the Summer of 2022
