Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Athens, Georgia. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of August 17, 2023, there were several projects included in this solicitation. All have been awarded and most completed as of today. The Clarke County School District is requesting proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the anticipated projects/scopes of work as described in the ESPLOST 6 referendum which includes but are not limited to: High School renovations/expansions, Elementary School classroom renovations/additions, Early Learning classrooms, and facility systems renewal. In addition to the renovation and construction projects, assistance in preparing the GA DOE 5 year facility plan review and certification will be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
