The University of Georgia Office of University Architects (Using Agency) on behalf of the Board of Regents of The University System of Georgia (Owner) is soliciting responses from Task Order Contractors interested in and capable of providing professional construction management services for the task order projects on the campus of The University of Georgia at Athens, Georgia. A project description is provided in the Request for Qualifications document. A pre-proposal visit will be conducted by the Owner, and attendance of firms is mandatory. Details are provided on the Prerequisites tab. The University of Georgia will select several qualified firms from the response submittals, request additional regarding project team composition, conduct interviews, rank the finalists, and begin contract discussions with the selected firm(s). The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
