As of June 7, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors to supply Lift Station Control Panels for 51 different sites throughout Bay County. Lift Station Control Panels shall be supplied in accordance with the Specifications shown at Exhibit 1 and the Lift Station Drawings shown at Exhibit 2. An "in-kind" alternative may be submitted with detailed drawings if the system supplier is unable to provide the panels described in the Specifications and Drawings. Panels will be delivered to the Bay County Utility Services Department located at 3410 Transmitter Road, Panama City, FL 32404. The project may be reimbursed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as part of Disaster Recovery from Hurricane Michael FEMA Project No. DR-4399. It is imperative that Respondents examine and become familiar with the Public Assistance Program established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Funding for the project may be made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by Florida Department of Emergency Management (FDEM) and FEMA.
