Renovation of a detention facility in Sarasota, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Sarasota County ("County"), a political subdivision of the State of Florida, will receive bids on the date indicated in Periscope S2G for the purpose of select a contractor to provide materials and/or services for replacement of electrical main distribution panels/electrical panels and transformers in a correctional facility while maintaining power to a continuous operation building. Q & A deadline: Apr 25, 2022 5:00:00 PM EDT All work to be performed under the provisions of this Contract shall be completed to Substantial Completion in not more than Two Hundred Ten Days (210) calendar days. The amount of liquidated damages to be assessed for each calendar day that Substantial Completion is delayed beyond the required date of Substantial Completion shall be Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) per day The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request clarifications or additional information from offerors.
