Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a three-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a educational facility; road / highway; road / highway; and road / highway.
Scope: Demolition of a three-story, 5,800 GSF brick masonry building, cap all utilities, hazardous materials abatement, removal of underground petroleum tank. Work includes asphalt paving. Questions shall only be directed to the Draper Aden, c/o Randy Rivinus by email at rrivinus@daa.com. All questions must be submitted on the VCUHECO Pre-Bid Question Form (included in the Project Manual). The deadline for submitting questions is 12:00 Noon on April 19, 2022. VCU has established an overall SWaM participation goal of 45% for non-capital projects for fiscal year 2022
