As of June 15, 2022 This project is awarded to North Valley, Inc. with awarded amount of $572,387.34. The work consists of rural street improvements with full depth reclamation, bituminous paving, and associated work. The work includes the following approximate quantities for construction: Proposal A - 207th Avenue NW Full Depth Reclamation 10,700 SY Aggregate Surfacing 1,800 TON Bituminous Pavement (All Mixes) 2,900 TON Culvert Replacement 110 LF Striping 9,000 LF Signing 100 SF Proposal B - 217th Avenue NW Full Depth Reclamation 3,600 SY Aggregate Surfacing 500 TON Bituminous Pavement (All Mixes) 930 TON Culvert Replacement 230 LF Striping 3,300 LF Signing 85 SF. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. BIDDER is required to deliver the original certified check or bid bond within the 72 hours of bid opening to MSA Professional Services, Inc., Attn: Charles Schwartz, PE, 60 Plato Boulevard East, Suite 140, St. Paul, MN 55107-1835.
