Renovation of a military facility in Fort Bliss, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Project Title: Bldg. 11293 Cracked Floor Repair. A bid guarantee is required (see clause at FAR 52.228-1). All bid bonds must be originals; photocopies w ill not be accepted. Payment bonds are required (see clause at FAR 52.228-15 DEV) This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 238330 w ith a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The awardee of this contract w ill be required to provide a Superintendent at all times work is being performed on the project (see clause at FAR 52.236-6). The Superintendent is considered a key position. This position SHALL NOT be subcontracted and must w ork directly for the prime contractor. Bid opening address: MICC-Fort Bliss, 111 Room 220 Pershing Rd, Fort Bliss, TX 79916 Bidders are required to provide a CD copy of their bid documents w ith their IFB submission Resulting contract w ill be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contractor representatives should be prepared to furnish identification if requested.
