The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The awardee of this contract w ill be required to provide a Superintendent at all times work is being performed on the project (see clause at FAR 52.236-6). The Superintendent is considered a key position. This position SHALL NOT be subcontracted and must w ork directly for the prime contractor.
