Office at (423) 586-1931. Hamblen County Government reserves the right of accepting and/or rejecting any and/or all proposals when doing so serves the best interest of Hamblen County Government. Locations, Network & Equipment: Hamblen County Courthouse, Courthouse Annex, existing Justice Center, Highway Department, County Satellite Office and Health Department are all separate facilities located in Hamblen County. All are connected to the County's fiber network with the exception of the Highway Department and the County Satellite office. Connection to the Highway Department and County Satellite office would need to be over the County's internet service. The County would require the vendor to verify current on-site equipment and routers are appropriate to route voice traffic. The vendor would also be responsible for quoting any additional equipment to provide service to each site. - The new phone system will have one centralized public service branch consisting of SIP trunking to service all sites. The site of public access will be located at the Courthouse with a proposed move to the New Justice Center once construction is complete. - Voicemail: The County would like a flexible voice mail system to service all buildings that would have the option of voicemail to email and/or voicemail to text. If voicemail to email or voicemail to text is not a standard feature of the voicemail product, please price each option separately. The County requires the ability to call in a check messaging externally. - Paging: The County has an internal paging system for the Courthouse and Courthouse Annex. The County is requesting the option of paging and intercom throughout the Courthouse and Annex building independently or both simultaneously. - Auto Attendant: Auto attendant needs to be autonomous for each department as some wish to not utilize this feature. - Call Forwarding: Call forwarding with the option to program to forward to external numbers to the County's system and the ability to program call forwarding manually, remotely, via night-time settings or out-of-the-office settings.
