This Request for Pre-Qualification ("RFPQ") is issued by CIMA+ on behalf of the Municipal District of Bighorn #8. The M.D. of Bighorn No. 8 is planning to commence the upgrade of the Exshaw Lagoon in the summer of 2022, with a targeted date of construction completion in early 2023. The Wastewater Lagoon treats wastewater using a partially mixed cell and a gravel exfiltration cell that discharges into the surrounding groundwater. The Wastewater Lagoon will be upgraded to increase treatment capacity, enhance cold weather ammonia removal and treatment, install a baffle and replace building housing blowers and electrical equipment.
