The Scope of Work (supply of Equipment and Services) shall include the design, supply and delivery of all equipment and appurtenances required for two (2) rotary presses (referred to herein as the Equipment). The work shall consist of the supply of engineering services, supply of equipment and site services for the Equipment and associated appurtenances. The Town of Banff (Town), at a later date, will retain a Contractor to install rotary presses at the Banff WWTP. The Construction Contract Documents are not yet available as the Town plans to pre-purchase the rotary presses in advance of preparing the Construction Contract Documents. Some specification sections from the Construction Contract Documents are included herein for reference only and are identified as such.
