Renovation of an educational facility in Union, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Monarch Elementary School Selective Roof Replacement Scope of work includes roof replacement of low slope roof areas as designated on the drawings down to the existing roof deck. Roof replacement includes roof deck replacement/repairs and installation of new roof insulation, including taper insulation, and new installation of a two-ply modified bitumen roof system. Associated sheet metal components and accessories are included. The Owner shall retain as Liquidated Damages the amount of $300 for each Calendar Day the actual construction time required to achieve Substantial Completion exceeds the specified or adjusted time for Substantial Completion. The Owner shall retain as Liquidated Damages the amount of $300 for each Calendar Day the actual construction time required to achieve Final Completion exceeds 30 calendar days beyond awarded Substantial Completion
