This Invitation to Tender (the ITT) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the City) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Gladstone Crescent Sanitary Rehabilitation, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). A. The work, to successfully rehabilitate the sanitary sewer and manholes, on Gladstone Crescent, Grosvenor Park and Greenwich Cres and to be undertaken is generally described as, but not limited, to the following: Operate and Monitor Flow Bypass System (including mobilization and demobilization and isolation (and/or bypass) of local flows) Pre-Lining and Post-Lining CCTV General Site Cleanup/Restoration (assuming no open cut work) Tree Protection CIPP Rehabilitation (200mm) - Includes surface cleaning, spot repairs and preparation, minor to moderate root treatment/removal CIPP Rehabilitation (100mm) of service laterals to property line.
