Board of Trustees, Sweetwater County School District Number One, 3550 Foothill Blvd., Rock Springs, Wyoming will receive sealed bid proposals for the Re-carpeting Project located at Overland Elementary School, Rock Springs, Wyoming. Attention of the bidder is particularly called to the requirements in the Wyoming Statutes regarding preference for Wyoming products and the 5 percent preference shown to Wyoming contractors. The District shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in any bid, as defined in W.S-3001 (b)(v). Contracts shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, after consideration is given to the conformity with specifications, the quality of the materials to be supplied, the suitability to the requirements of the project, the delivery terms and the past performance of the vendor. Any questions concerning the project must be into the Facilities office on or before noon, April 19th, 2020. *(A certified check, cashier s check or bid bond made payable to Sweetwater County School District No. One in an amount equal to 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder shall execute a signed contract and furnish the Performance Bond within 10 days after the Notice of Intent to Award the Contract.) No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date of the bid opening.
