The Tulsa Air National Guard, Oklahoma is issuing this Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the upgrade of the force protection at Air National Guard Base in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. This is a total small business set-aside. The small business size standard is $39.5 million.
