The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors for management and operation of the George M. Sullivan Arena, Ben Boeke and Dempsey Anderson Ice Arena for an initial period of five (5) years plus five one-year options. Proposers may submit proposals for one or multiple facilities. Facilities Maintenance is not a part of the Scope of Services. These services are being solicited under a separate RFP and contract. Further, it is the expectation the revenues generated by the Contractor will fund the cost of the MOA Facility Maintenance Contract. The Contractor will have authority to manage and operate these facilities in accordance with municipal codes and associated recommendations. Contractor will be expected to solicit, arrange and book events, collect revenues and maintain appropriate staff, equipment and supplies to operate the facilities in the highest interest of public safety, accommodation, and in maximum profitability in coordination with the MOA's selected facilities management contractor.
