Renovation of a medical facility in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Requests for information may be submitted during normal business hours by contacting Bethany Jones, Senior Contracting Officer, at e-mail address bajones@anthc.org. Any questions regarding the bid must be in writing. Any inquiries or questions concerning this project must be received in writing seven (7) calendar days prior to deadline of bid submission to allow for responses without delaying award of a contract. Inquiries received after this time frame may not receive a response. A Bid Guarantee in the required amount, if the bid exceeds $100,000, as defined in Instructions And Information To Bidders, is to be submitted with bid. Forms are provided herein. The Contractor MUST furnish to ANTHC Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) business days of Notice of Award, as provided in the "Instructions and Information to Bidders". The ANTHC may reject any or all bids, and waive informalities or minor irregularities in bids received.
