Provide curtain packages as specified for six (6) schools as outlined below and in Attachment C, Offer Form. 1. All curtains will be installed by Anchorage School District (ASD) Technicians. 2. All curtains to be made with Inherently Flame Retardant (IFR) 100% polyester fabric. 3. All curtains to be 22 oz. in weight, except for Homestead ES that shall be 13 oz. in weight. 4. Curtains will not be lined. 5. Colors will be selected at a later date. 6. Jute to be Kevlar material. Any offeror in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of this RFQ may submit to the District a written request for an interpretation thereof. Questions must be received by the District's Purchasing Department no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the date set for the submission of offers. The District reserves the right to reject any and all offers, to request clarification of information from any offeror, and to waive irregularities in the offer procedures. The District is not obligated to enter into a contract on the basis of any offer submitted in response to this RFQ. The District reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel this RFQ or any part thereof, at any time, prior to the award of contract under this RFQ.
