Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project has been awarded to Spernak & Sons. All proposed Work is located within the Municipality of Anchorage corporate limits and is more particularly located west of the Historic Depot Building, on 1st Avenue; see Drawings for detailed location. The Work included under this Contract consists of but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of approximately 5000 sq ft of MOA road, curb, sidewalk, fencing and lighting per plans. Obtaining MOA ROW permit. ARRC has submitted plans to MOA ROW and will pay plan review fees. All other fees by contractor. Salvaging and reinstalling MOA fencing and lighting. Backfilling behind existing retaining wall. Substantial Completion shall be on or before October 1, 2022. Final Completion: Final Completion of all work shall be on or before October 15, 2022. ARRC reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, negotiate changes in bids, accept any bids or any part thereof, waive minor informalities or defects in any bids, and not to award the proposed contract if it is in the best interest of the ARRC.
