Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS may be examined without charge in the office of the General Manager. An electronic copy can be emailed at no charge. The project basically consists of the following: Repair of three (3) brick pump buildings (approximately 200 - 400 square feet / each) and one masonry block building (approximately 400 square feet) at the wastewater treatment plant. Work items include roof replacement / repair, miscellaneous wood replacement (soffit, framing, etc.), painting, insulation, HVAC installation / repair, minor electrical improvements, door replacement, site fencing replacement / repair, signage and installation of a metal platform and hoist at the wastewater plant. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The East Texas Municipal Utility District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids may be held by the East Texas Municipal Utility District for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
