Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Monroe, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Joshua Dyer, Assistant Superintendent for Business (josh.dyer@monroeisd.us). Interpretation or clarification considered necessary by the Assistant Superintendent for Business to such questions will be issued by Addenda emailed and mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening the bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda are binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The area for the installation of the playground structure will be approximately 37' by 47' in a rectangle. Installation of the playground structure will be completed at the address below: Custer Elementary School, 5003 W. Albain Rd., Monroe Ml 48161 Adjacent to existing preschool equipment based on Map in Appendix A Installation of the playground and landing area will follow all State of Michigan Playground Laws. The landing area material is to be certified playground mulch at a 14" depth in all areas with the proper weed barrier under entire landing area. Excavation of play area and removal of soil at District's direction should be included.
