The City of Colwood is intending to enter into a contract for the following proposed work. 2022 Asphalt pavement maintenance program - City of Colwood The proposed work/service is to be carried out by Capital City Paving at a contract price not expected to exceed $600,000. The anticipated term of the contract is from May 01, 2022 to June 30, 2022. The City of Colwood, Public Works has chosen not to compete the contemplated contract for the following reasons: 1. The City contacted Two (2) qualified companies to quote on the work. Capital City Paving provided the lowest price. 2. The timeline is urgent due to limited resources at the City. 3. Capital City is available to perform the work within the requested timeframe by the City that meets our operational needs.
